Aloft Miami Aventura

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient amazing restaurants nearby, and the Aventura Mall is just a short distance away. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. Check-in was smooth and quick. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless. The beds are super comfortable, and the shower has excellent water pressure and nice warm water — loved it! The gym is great, there’s a laundry facility, and plenty of games in the lobby. The pool is also beautiful and relaxing. Thanks to Brandy and all the staff! They truly know how to welcome guests and make your stay feel personalized. Thank you so much for an amazing stay my family and I truly appreciate it!

Anifa (sorry if this is spelled wrong) who works the front desk is so sweet, professional, and accommodating and the lady who made my breakfast 2 days in a row was awesome. There was a bit of a key issue but the maintenance man was quick and fixed it with a smile!! I would recommend everyone stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Aventura, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing staff. Brandy, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about our comfort, which made us feel very well taken care of from start to finish. Kerlie, the cook, deserves special recognition as well. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with so much care. You can really feel the passion she puts into what she does, and it absolutely elevated our stay. Atifah at the front desk was another highlight — always welcoming, kind, and helpful. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist with anything we needed made every interaction a pleasure. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well located, but it’s the people who truly make Aloft Aventura stand out. Thanks to Brandy, Kerlie, and Atifah, our stay was memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!

Front dest service was the worst greeting, i am an titanium elite member with over 300 nights with Marriott - front dest service was so horrible and not helpful no of my questions answered, and was looking at people like they did something to her insane. Personally would not book at this spot again. However room and the spot is good. Hire good people please - makes me sad seeing such a good place go to waste because of service.

Overall, I liked the hotel — the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and convenient parking. However, there was one very unpleasant incident. I had booked two rooms next to each other. In the morning, while I was getting ready, I left my door slightly open so my relatives from the next room could come in without knocking. At that moment, without any knock, a housekeeper suddenly opened the door. The room is designed so that when you open the door, you can immediately see the sink area where a person is washing or getting dressed. I wasn’t fully dressed, and it was extremely uncomfortable. The housekeeper did apologize, but instead of closing the door immediately, she stood there and kept talking to me, which made the situation even more awkward. This incident left a very negative impression — I really hope the staff will respect guests’ privacy and always knock before entering a room.

I had a lovely stay at the Aloft Miami Aventura. The staff was kind and accommodating, the spaces were well maintained and clean and the location is great. Special shout out to Atifa at the front desk - she really made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I would most definitely recommend this location to all family and friends!

Pet friendly and has a gift for your four legged kid! Nothing upscale but was nice. Doors to rooms are nice and heavy which may have contributed to a couple of brown spots that look like pee but I think it is the coffee spilling!! LOL took me three times to open the door because I did not expect it.

We stayed here using DayUse and I couldn’t recommend it more! Brandy checked us in and was so welcoming and accommodating, she deserves a raise! Room was clean and service 10/10 it really made our stay special.
